Yes, beginners are encouraged. Some of the most devoted people here started from zero experience. It’s easy to empty your cup when you don’t even have a cup yet.

What do I need to bring to start?
Bring yourself and something you can move and sweat in. Come here ready to work and be pushed to be aware. This is a practice where ambition will hurt. So the key is awareness, actualization, and practice. This way, we can train well into our later years. You won’t need a yoga
